Recent Updates
2024 was a pivotal year for my business. It is now truly thriving, with two long-term consulting clients and ongoing projects in curriculum development and staff training. I am so thrilled and grateful.
Josh and I bit the bullet and signed up for day 2 of the Pan Mass Challenge. We will be riding 88 miles between Bourne and Provincetown raising money for Dana Farber, the hospital that has treated my dad for the last four years and treated me as well. We are hoping to raise 12k total. Prepare to be sick of us.
Scientific research (especially cancer research) is very much at risk right now. Donating to Dana Farber fuels real scientific research in a space that undoubtedly will change lives for the better.
Balancing being involved and staying well is my goal for this year. I am celebrating small victories- it was my first full year of no surgeries since 2021. I have almost reached my first antibiotic-free anniversary (don't jinx me).
Ella is graduating from middle school in the spring and headed to high school.

justUs Podcast and The Supper Club
The Podcast is thriving in new and different ways. We had a soul-affirming supper club days after the 2024 election. In collaboration with the amazing folks at Upstairs at Bow and Jas Chef, we hosted a community event that uplifted the spirit and built our community in real life.
The supper club was a dream of mine from the time we started the podcast in 2022. In the days leading up to the event, I was so scared given our political climate and the confusion of the times. However, being in community with amazing people confirmed what I already know. Community is everything. Building a community is hard, however. The podcast wants to do more in this realm this year.

We started a substack to further lean into the idea of building real community (both IRL and virtually). This will offer exclusive content, conversations, and writing by both me and Tashira.
Think of substack as a love letter from us…an ode to the old-school blog. As we move through these unprecedented times with social media, we want a landing place where our voice can be our own. It also allows the community to engage in different ways.

I had one very cool media feature this quarter. I was on the French Podcast, Scandales. It should drop this month. While I was interviewed in English about Kevin Spacey, I am still unsure if I will be dubbed.
